SubFinder is an automated employee absence reporting, substitute placement, and data analysis software application. Employees can utilize a touch-tone telephone to call the system or use SubFinder Online (Internet) to report their absences. Substitutes can utilize a touch-tone telephone to call the system or use SubFinder Online (Internet) to locate available substitute opportunities. Once absences have been reported by the employee, SubFinder begins calling and arranging substitutes for coverage during designated calling periods.
