Personnel Services | Recruitment and Selection
The Personnel unit of RCOE serves the employment needs of each of its programs and departments by providing a full scope of recruitment services. The Personnel unit develops and interprets policies and procedures for the recruitment, testing, screening, interviewing, orientation, evaluation, compensation, training, and termination of certificated and classified employees. Assistance is also provided to school district personnel in various areas of human resources, such as fingerprinting and criminal records evaluations, recruitment events, professional development, and substitute consortium.
