Children and Family Services | Early Childhood Education Programs Unit

The primary purpose of the programs in our Early Childhood Education Programs (ECEP) unit is to offset the negative effects of poverty for our children and their families so that they can be better prepared to enter kindergarten and succeed in school and in life. We do this by offering high quality child development programs and parent education.
We provide extensive staff development in order to help our instructional staff to be the very best in what they do in the classroom.
