Contracts and Purchasing processes an average of 830 contracts and purchase orders per month, totaling in excess of $83 million each year.
Currently, all clients have the capacity from their desktop workstations to place and track requisitions via the automated Galaxy Purchasing Module through the procurement cycle.
The CPS staff presently maintains a database containing over 20,000 small and large businesses to supply the various resources necessary for the organization to fulfill its mission.
